Hi all I am an HR generalist and wanted to work in C&B field of HR. But since I do not have much exposure on the same, no company gives me a chance. Please let me know about how to go about it....?? If I can have a basic knowledge of teh same would any company give me a chance? Regards Ruma |

I have been trying to figure out the same details for long time and have made postings in lots of forums with not much success. However, I am aware that Middle Earth Consultants provides specialised course in C&B.
