| Functions of HR are many but carrying then out and the results they deliver have been underestimated. I have come across HR people be nervous and may not reply up to his own expectations n it is here that the HR person spots him/her out. |

I am agree with your views. I have posted my views yesterday on the same lines what you are telling now. My opinion is HR professional are born HR and because of his sincereity only whole world is revolving smoothly. Yes it is his fate, in spite of his best efforts and hard work his contribution to growth of the company is not weighed properly and always become the scape goat at the time of company eventualities.
