hi there...this is shimit here...m a student and m doing my MBA in HR...right nw my summer project is going on in VODAFONE and my project is on training and developmet..so in the starting of my project i m in a proble....m stuck up in the stage of Pre-Assessment and m totally confused wat to do or wat not do ...plzzz people help me out so that i can proceed in my project...!!
