Do I remember the last time I blogged, actually I don't. The world has given me enough dishes on my palate to make justice spending time on them. Without spending more time, let me agree that I have been out of the chrm web space for a while giving due considerations to the other responsibilities, but truly speaking was never away. It's like, Eat CHRM, Sleep CHRM, Think CHRM... all the time. But I promise, although not sure, to spend time on this blog to interact and update on the latest.

It was December '05 when CHRM was born out of desire and passion to create a platform for management & human resource professionals worldwide. Now three and half years down the line, I really am glad to see the contributions that have taken place in these years, not to mention we revamped this website, not once, not twice but even more times to create a network with which our members can relate to. And believe me, the effort has been worth it. Not to mention the hard times faced initially, but we have been able to create a brand on the webspace, even though being pitted against the elephants having large presence.

Today, when I look at this website each day, time & again, it seems good to have the discussions flowing and few of the members contributing & helping the others continously - trust me, its hard to help and whoever has been doing so on this site, thanks to them.

Will end my post here, need to get back to sumthing urgent, but yes, I will be back. I encourage you to be in touch thru this blog - the interaction & ofcourse, the show must and will GO ON !!!
