In today's scenario, if you want to get a manager's position in a good company, I feel that u need to have either a Diploma/MBA in HRM from a reputed institute. Or else you need to have experience.

Hello Satish,
Post Graduate programme and diplomas are equivalent to MBA degree. For entering into HR field you need to have thorough knowledge of HR and plus experience. The course you are pursuing makes you eligible to enter into HR profession.
