Hello Rachna,
How r u? Well, as I come through your post regarding Employee Engagement. I hereby would like to mention my views for the same.
There are basically two ways to implementing Employee Engagement policy into the organization: 1.Traditional Method
2.Technological Method
Traditional Method Depicts about meeting people directly, let them aware about company's policy and how they can contribute in future which may bring a direct or an indirect benefit to them.
While Technological Methods refers to the implementation to a system in the organization which enable the employees to have an access and share thoughts with regards to issues and suggestions to be asked and participate in the virtual events as well.
Although, this is simply of just a gist of idea about Employee engagement, which you can explore and implement in many ways.

Employee engagement programms can be as follows:-
- Refreshment programms like weekend parties, holiday tour, picnic, family get together
- Welfare policies for the betterment of employees such as leaves, insurance, mediclaim, transport, canteen
- Motivational policies like appreciation award, punctuality award, recognition, suggestion award etc |
