| Skills required for freshers in HR Domain |
Hello CHRM Members,
I am Vinoth Khanna Pursuing Masters in Human resource management at chennai. Being a fresher i would like to ask Laterals to post the necessary skills required or looked in to a candidate to get placed in companies..
I would be glad if the post are segregated into sector wise...

Hi Vinoth,
Being a fresher, i would suggest you give attention to the Job profile rather than the salary.Even if the salary in the beginning is not so satisfactory, do not compromise on the profile.Try to get a HR Generalist profile and if you can get in in a manufacturing firm, it would be the best learning opportunity for you!

I will only suggest you that "what is motivating you?" If you find the answer of this question in any job profile, just go with that profile. that will make your career bright to brightest.
