I am doing my final year MBA (HRM).  I have taken the above subject for my project.  I am working as Asst Manager HR in G4S Security Services (india) Pvt ltd.  This project is related to my company's present challenge with regard to retention of man power.  So please help me out with your valauble suggestions.

Dear Friend,

Attrition is most worrieng factor to an orgnization, espicially in reference to Service industry like G 4 security services. As HR personals we have to focus on the following aresas to retain our employees.
