i am working in a private firm as sr. executive Hr. i want to know about Superannuation ?

How it will be calculated ? what are the benefits ? what are the advantages & disadvantages of it? Please help me out ? if i have to give in writing please let me know if any of the person have faced the problem how it can be sorted out. is there any draft in this regard so that i can explain them.
