Continuous Learning is necessary to sustain in today’s highly competitive world. It allows us to be creative in problem solving. To compete successfully we need to learn continuously; otherwise we will face the prospect of stagnation. It is like reaching a point where we don’t have to use our brain anymore and do the repetitive task as recorded in the procedure book for a given task. Thrive for learning is necessary for acquiring the skill required to perform a given task in a new or more effective way than we did before. We should have the courage and humility to change. It will help the employees to make adjustments in the way they work to meet the set priorities based on the feedback received. In order to equip us with the abilities to effectively carry out a new task, we need to have the competency to apply the new skills and information. A Learner continues to reflect on their experiences in their work and remains as open as possible to the feedback. A learner continues to take initiative in their work.

The three  factors that can be considered to be of great importance for continuous improvement in the global scenario
