Continuous Learning is necessary to sustain in today’s highly competitive world. It allows us to be creative in problem solving. To compete successfully we need to learn continuously; otherwise we will face the prospect of stagnation. It is like reaching a point where we don’t have to use our brain anymore and do the repetitive task as recorded in the procedure book for a given task. Thrive for learning is necessary for acquiring the skill required to perform a given task in a new or more effective way than we did before. We should have the courage and humility to change. It will help the employees to make adjustments in the way they work to meet the set priorities based on the feedback received.
