Working beyond the working hrs.
Dear CHRM Members,

This is to discuss about the office timings, ours is  a  bud company with 20 employees; but the staffs are sitting in office without any permission after working hrs.

How would we control this? It was been intimated , for any late hrs. they should have to take prior permission /  intimation to the HOD /HR.  but it doesn't works.

kindly suggest any alternative?...
