| Change In Job Profile |
Dear All, I'm HR professional with 3.7 yrs of experience in same field. I'm currently working in MNC as Asstt. Manager HR but from joining my profile is changes in different role like in Admin, R&R/CSR, Security etc. Through which i'm much worry about my career and future growth. i'hve talked many times in this matter with my reporting officer and seniors but answer is ( it's project demands and condition) not satisfactory. through which i'm loosing my stream and self confidence. please suggest me what should i'll do. |

Hi Ashish,
I can understand your anxiety.
Still, I would suggest you to have patience and keep learning. Activities you are taking care presently, may not be the hard core HR activities but part of HR.
In the long term also you will get the benefit, as when you will move in your career, you will be able to handle all the HR functions being the HOD.
