As our organisation is in bud stage. few employees attitudes and behaviour is polluting other in organisartion,  could anyone help me out to deal with this problem.

We should talk to them personally first,so that they will aware about the things they doing and how office environment getting worst.
After that personal suggestions,give them written/mail warning to maintain the office environment positively.
They will definitely understand.

Give verbal warning for first two times and give in writing with the sign of your HOD. Inform the employees after two warning there will be a pay cut.
