| Manpower requirement |
Dear Friends, I am presently working as a HR Manager in a MNC a leading security provider world wide. Our greatest challenge is to get manpower (security guards) for our growing business. We pay salary/social securities as per Governent norms. My request to our friends to refer candidates for our requirements. The candidate should be minimum SSLC passed and should be 5'5" height and 50 kg weight. We provide free accommodation and subsidisied food for initial two months. Getting a job to a poor and needy people certainly you are doing a great service to our society. Our monthly requirements is 500. Dear Jayesh, The location is Bangalore. They will get Rs 6000/- on hand after all statutotry dedcutions viz ESI, PF. In addition to one month free food and accommoation they will be provied with 2 pair of uniforms and shoes. Minimum working hours is 8 hours and if they work more than 8 hours they are eligible for OT allowances. Further Employees are eligible for Group Insurance for Rs 2 Lakhs and cash awards for employees children who scored first 3 highest marks in SSLC and PUC exams.
