Hello to all, I am facing a problem about 'Insubordination'. Some employee are not following the lunch break time. They take lunch some other time. The result is that other employee are also following the same. What is the procedure to ban this type of problem. plz any body help me about this. Dear Abhinav
This is depend on no. of work force in ur company/organization.
If there are very least nos. of the same..u can't implied any HR rules perfectly.

But if there is more than 50 employees u can apply ur rules over there.
