Hi all, HR fraternity do believe that training is one of the most effective n indispensable function of HR. The extent to which training is important, the term "ROI" of training is also important... Measuring training effectiveness & calculating return on investment is a tough task. There are some tools & techniques to measure this ROI of training but it differs in context to type of training & the kind of organisation it is linked with.
