Dear All, I work in PSU as Ad.Off.-(HR). Its been 5 months since I joined this company and I feel that there is not much that I was able to do during this period. I am really disappointed to see the lack of commitment of the employees and the height of complacency which exits......and it is difficult to take. I understand that it is a PSU but our competitors are doing reasonably well and we are at the bottom of the list. Also what I have noticed is the fact that the HR department is majorly doing the admininstrative job and nothing much is done to motivate the employees.
