employee Behaviour // attitude
Dear members,As our organisation is in bud stage. few employees attitudes and behaviour is polluting other in organisartion, could anyone help me out to deal with this problem.Nalini.P
Working beyond the working hrs.
Dear CHRM Members,This is to discuss about the office timings, ours is a bud company with 20 employees; but the staffs are sitting in office without any permission after working hrs.How would we control this? It was been intimated , for any late hrs. they should have to take prior permission / intimation to the HOD /HR. but it doesn't works.kindly suggest any alternative?...Nalini.P
