I have a Masters degree is Public Policy and Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management and I'm having trouble breaking into the field.  I have applied to numerous companies but due to my lack of experience, I'm not considered. I'm very discouraged at this point and not sure what to do.  I have approx a years worth internship experience but that's about it.  Could someone please give me some suggestions.......Thanks!
