Manager / Sr Manager - HR

Our clients conduct businesses in various verticals at various locations across India, with each location being serviced by a HR Team comprising of a Senior Manager and team members

This position reports to business heads at various locations across India and Head HR at Bombay.

Though the incumbent will handle a generalist HR profile, the emphasis would be on
Recruitment, Competency Mapping, Career planning, Performance Management
Mapping and Mentoring and meeting Deadlines.

The incumbent should be an MBA in HR from One Of The TOP B Schools / Institute with at least 5-7 years experience in companies having good HR Practices.

Though our client does not believe in gender bias, they would prefer a male candidate for this position.
