Two decades ago many organsiations enjoyed a strong competitive advantage on account of them either having access to Capital, Technology or a Large Market Base. Today these sources of competitive advantages have gradually become equalized across the globe. The last key differentiator is now the human capital of the organization – and how it is leveraged to manage growth if not even sustainability of the organisation. Effective and optimal utilisation of human resources impacts business bottom and top line. The HR function will therefore need to realign itself once again to become a key player in bringing effectiveness to the organisation and help it retain its competitive edge. This will only be possible through renewal of HR mind set and where necessary revising the processes and policies.

Against this backdrop, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is organizing the 5th Edition of it’s annual flagship event HR Conclave on 10 – 11 February 2012 at SMS Convention Centre, Sawai Ram Singh Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan. The theme of HR Conclave 2012 is Future is Here : Leveraging HR for Organisation Success.

CII’s HR Conclave 2012 is designed to address the role of HR in organization success.
