Yet another meaning to OD :- It's is a powerful approach for applying behavioral science knowledge to improving organizational effectiveness and human fulfillment at work. Its primary emphasis is on relationships and processes between and among individuals and groups. OD is also beneficial to groups experiencing rapid change. Depending on the specific needs or issues to be addressed, a variety of OD interventions can be employed.
