Dear Team, Organization Development is nothing but a facilitative approach for creating positive transformative change in organizations, based on their strategic mission and the shared vision of the organization's participants and stake-holders. It's been the most talked of term amongst the management teams and organizational meets but we need to actually find out "Why are companies restrticting themselves from implementing OD in thier organisatins ?" Though there is large scale awareness of OD concepts, the acceptance stats are too low when we see through the implementation rates of the companies.
