We are encountering a new problem. Several of our clients are bringing back several IT positions back to the U.S. from India. The problem I am having is finding qualified Candidates eligible to work in the U.S. in these IT fields. My clients do not want to deal with obtaining obtaining visa's nor does my employer. Most of my openings are for IT position that had been sent to India in the 80's/90's, which is where the labor pool is that I am seeking. Does anyone know of a source working with Indian's who already have visas? I don't mind working through a third party if their corp to corp rates are not unreasonable.
