I would want to know about the current figure of Average Attrition Rates in Pharma Industry in India. Also what is the HR productivity in the Pharma Industry?

According to my knowledge and the data available with me, the attrition rate in the pharma industry is 18-20%.

Dear Prof. Tandon,
You are underestimating the enormous attrition rate in pharma industry. The current rate including manufacturing, R&D and Marketing is 30-40 %. However, out of these three fields highest is of Marketing and lowest is in manufacturing. This is based on facts and figures.

Hello vishal,
The pharma industry has a great impact in the economy of our country. Even though the Attrition touches the pharma. The industry has the capacity to survive. Sorry to say this i donot have the statistical data with me. But the HR productivity in pharma industry is good when compared with other manfacturing industries.
