I would want to know about the current figure of Average Attrition Rates in Pharma Industry in India. Also what is the HR productivity in the Pharma Industry?

Dear All,
I have collected the data for three industries and my statistics shows that the attrition in this industry in manufacturing industies is 22 to 26%. The industries having employee strength in the range of 350-550 were under consideration.

Dear Proffesionals,
Attrition rate in pharma industry are 10-15, 8-12, 20-25, 24-30 in case of Sr. management, Middle management, Junior management & officers respectively in India, as per data given by 'jaga survey agency'.
