Communicating with your Boss

Hello team,

With all the discussions moving through the core communication between boss and subordinate, let me share few tips on effective communications with your boss :-

· Propose but  do not impose solutions to problems
· Sharing of all the information, whether it be good and bad
· Never  take the boss'es decisions personally
· Ask for feedback

Hope this helps shorten the entire message revolving around Yes and No.

Regards,

aladin

Re: Communicating with your Boss

Dear Aladin,

Thanks for the summarization wherein I would like to add a point :

-> While disagreeing on an issue, gather sufficient evidences, facts and data to backup your resistance to your boss's opinion. That way your point of view atleast shall be appreciated. Mutual & United Disagreeing
