There are number of possible cures to procrastination. You can overcome procrastination with various psychological methods. It is also possible to stop procrastinaton with energy work techniques.

Some people successfully utilize just simple time management techniques to end procrastination in its tracks. Most of procrastination is caused because we don't have enough of a reason to do what needs to be done. Therefore, we don't see the reward or the purpose and it is easy to avoid and put off. When we understand how what we plan to do is designed to get us to a place where we want to be, then procrastination is no longer a stumbling block. To overcome procrastination, make an unpleasant task into a game and give yourself a small reward when it is over.

Prof Tandon
