Dear Colleagues, An issue to discuss with.. Managing without a regular staff With all those atypical workers like temps, casuals, part-timers, etc., and the variety of outsourcing services by third-party providers available to all of us, is there a possibility that, sooner or later, organizations would no longer hire full-time regular employees? How do you foresee this? In puts would highly be appreciated...thnx.. Regards, Jaswinder K |

Hi Jaswinder, My views are -even it is possible it will be ( and is practically ) restricted to a large extent to low key ,non-value added but supportive assignments . Many Org preferred to do that keeping the specialized activities within their gamut and which are essentially the core areas . But , the possibilities of wiping out "full time employment" is also a minimal as it is equally not totally possible to do away with it
