Hi bindu,

I would suggest
a) Diploma course from ISTD.
b) Diploma course available from Institute of HRM, Chennai. Both are corresp. courses.

I also suggest to go through the "Train the Trainer" programme offered by TMTC, Pune or Oscar Murphy, Bangalore.

Most importantly, start going on the floor and conducting the Training Programmes. Start with a friendly group (In-house trainings) and go professional at a point of time.

Warm Regards,

Harish
