I have got one query - one of our employee is on leave since last 1 month on medical ground. He is on probation period. He has also submitted the Medical Certificate but management want to terminate the person on the base of Unauthorised Leave..
Is it possible? On what ground this can be done??

Dear Penelope,
The said employee, if submitting all medical precriptions & Bills of medical store, in that condition only termination is illegal. But he/she fails to submit the same you can take action of termination.
