* Create an organization which is high on HR practices..thereby creating a pull strategy..for instance in induction phase like sending a bouquet to his house a week before he joins alongwith visiting cards..or joining kit..
* Media management - impact & or rather create news about your organization growth plans in selected media like TV or technology magazines..
* Be selective in Vendors , agencies to source the candidates..
* Have a team of resourcing to do head hunting for select key positions
* Have a incentive scheme of internal referals by the employees.
* Use the references/reporting structure mentioned in the profile at the time of interview.
* Use Your Website for Recruiting Does your "Join Our Team" section of your company website tell and even, "sell," potential employees about the vision, mission, values and culture of your company?
*Find Out Where Your Ideal Candidates Live :-Identify what your needed candidates read; notice the websites they visit; study the listservs on which they participate; determine the industry magazines and newspapers they read. Once came across a recruiter who regulary visited the IT pros chat site & got hold of database.
