Hi Friends,

If an employee is ABSENT (he has no leaves in his account) for 1 day.  How to go about for deducting his 1 day salary?

1. The Total Salary i.e CTC divided by total no. of days in the  particular month multiplied by the number of days he was ABSENT.

2. Only the BASIC is taken into consideration and HRA and other  allowances remain the same.
OR
is there any other Right way of doing the same?

And also help by telling :  Does an Advertising Agency come under Factory Act?

Kindly revert back ASAP.

Regards and Besties
Ruchi

What is his monthly salary.. he will recieve 1day less salary.....(monthly salary to be  considered, not annual benefits)

In my view, Ad Agency comes under shops and establishment act...
