We are planning to go for one day picnic from our office. we are planning to conduct some good and exciting outdoor team building games & activities. Could you please any one share your knowledge and experience in outdoor teambuilding games and activities.

You may wish to have a river rafting which is an integrative game ,calling for a lot of teamwork .You may have trustwalks in which people in pairs queue up,one being blindfolded other being not. 

Also is possible a game called landmine in which a whole field is strewn with bricks and you have 100 people on one side and 100 on the other.It is a one to one situation ,one is blinded the other is not,across the field .Without making meaningful words and only by signals,guttural grunts mutually agreed upon earlier the by the pair one has to make the other come to him/her without stepping on the strewn bricks. Obviously the one without the blindfold directs the one with his blinkers on. For 100 pairs imagine the amount of noise and signals coming out of such an exercise 

This is real fun and very few couples can really do it safely.

Yes, this is the same game/ contest that you may hv. played/ witnessed in Intercollege competetions.
