We regularly have training sessions for our employees as per our training calendar designed every year. I require a questionnaire on training effectiveness which shall be asked to all the Managers and Supervisors who let their staff attend internal trainings we have at our company. The sole purpose is to know the effectiveness of the trainings. Please help me with few questions on the same.
