dear suresh,
be specific in briefing ur requirements, other wise it interpreted in a different deimension
Brief Like: your self , urs company, business, employee gradation, brief salary and compensation package offered to different grades , current stadards of apprisal, why u r looking other standards
so that it will help to understand ur requirement
