Dear All,

I am working in medium size IT company. In our compnay, near 100 employees are working. In that 100, 10-12 members represent senior level  who are responsible for managing teams. But there is very low level of intergirity in our senior teams due to thier Ego & some other problems. We are looking and planning to break this ice and to change thier attitute in this.

Could you any guide me how to handle this and any group activity which will  increase thier involvement more.

Krishnan
