Hi Friends,

I am working with a services providing organization. Our Management has decided to allot vehicle (two wheeler) to our service engineer at different locations across the India. Can anyone suggest me that what will be the policy regarding the fuel cost, maintenances & services charges and Loan facility?

Hi Kaushik,

Organisation taking care of the maintanence charges and re-funding the fuel cost and loan facilities will take them to be the prefered employer of choice... ;).

There are factors taken into consideration.

.1. The trend of fuel charges paid by other companies. (In Bangalore, its Rs 3.50/- per km for 2 wheelers and Rs 5.00 per km) am not sure about the trend at your side.

.2. Some companies pay a flat rate of Rs 2000/- (including all the costs)

.3. For vehicle loan there can be two options...
.a. Either company can grant loan with a lower interest rate
.b. Tie-up with the banks can be done.
