Wanted some information for one of the articles i m writing for HR journal of my institute on the following issues related to interply of power within your respective organizations: - 1. Where does your organization derive it's power from? 2. Where do the key people in your organization derive their power from? 3. Does power get misused in your organization? Any cases that you could share of bullying or bad politics would surely be of help here. 4. Any other instances quoting misuses or abuse of power?
