Generally, a fresher gets to work on the training activities of the function which are transactional or at the operational level i.e. you get to work on identifying training needs, preparing training calendar, designing programmes and short programmes on communications etc which, of course, are very exciting and fun to work on....rather than becoming a trainer instantly.
Try catching up some professional trainers (consultants) who are really good and has good corporate relationships. Since you are from a reputed b-school (though a little curious as to which school is that) the brand name will really back u up.... Regards dAnIsH
