Dear professionals,

Has anyone been involved in need assessment audits? I was particularly interested in the process of 'gathering' and analysis. Also how frequently should it be done? How much does very basic operational issues like 'food not served steaming hot' overshadow the deivery of larger issues/opinions? How is the dissemination done after completing the process?

Sorry too many questions. But if you have done it, you pretty much know what I am talking about. I need some practical inputs.
