dear Bhanu,

in simple we have structrued  as 3 diviisions,
1] Server Architecture team: headed  by Product Manager, accompained by Sr Developer and supported by Software Engg, and a Trinee ( Sr, Develpoer, and SE, with specific technical skill, like J2ME, J2EE,)

2] Client Architecture, Heded by Symbian Specilist, accompnied by Sr Symbian Developer, and supported by a SE and a Trinee(Symbian is OS & a specific techincal Skill)

3] QA , headed by a QA lead and Accompanied  by a Sr, tester and Jr Testing Engg., and a solution  Critic,(who represts end user)

4] Documentation Engg., who has to coordinate with all the teams and responsible for Documentations

these 4 teams and headed Poduct Architect, who inturn reports to Directror of Technology,
