What is Turbulent Times?
The oxford dictionary states "Turbulent" causing unrest, violence, or disturbance. An organisation is said to be undergoing turbulent times when its Sales are sloping down, margins are squeezed due to intense competition, profits are dipping.
At the HR point of view how can we ensure that employees are satisfied with organisation and how to keep the morale at the highest level????
At this point of time, all of us are enjoying the privilege of the a booming economy. I am reminded about what peter drucker once said "No many organisations are well prepared for the tubulence. Turbulence may occur anytime, anywhere, to anyone....its important that organisations are well prepared to face the turbulence"
This is definitely a CHALLENGE TO HR PROFESSIONALS.....and something to be prepared for the future....
So people....let's unleash our creativity, strategies, industry examples we are aware of.
