- Build up a forum where all the employees can share their ideas, views or even grievance. Its important to define the purpose and importance of Innovation to the crowd.
- Encourage and motivate every manager and their subordinates to participate enthusiastically in this forum. Appreciate "QUANTITY", "QUALITY" will automatically come.
- At the sametime, ensure that they get reviewed at the earliest possible time.
- Implement the same and reward (of course, the ones which makes logical sense) at the earliest possible time.
This kind of a forum ensures participation at all levels and it has worked well in many organisations.
