Searching PAQ (Position Analysis Questionnaire)

Dear All,

I am in search of a book which contains Position Analysis Questionnaire - it basically contains 194 elements on which a job is created , depending on the degree to which an element is present. One of the book endorsed by my friend is "Strategic Human Resources Management " written by Mr. William P .Anthony , Dryden Press 1993 . I am unable to locate this book .Please help me to find this book and also suggest any other book which will of help me to do Position Analysis .Kindly treat this with utmost urgency .
