I am in the process of developing a Psychometric Test for measuring some of the Personality Traits of a candidate which will be used as an aid in the process of selection. Can anybody, please give me some inputs on :-
- The procedure of evaluating the personality of a candidate.
- Is it applicable while selecting at all the levels or only to certain levels.

Following book gives you a tool which can be used for selection. Its simple and ready to use too. I have used it and its quiet effective.
