Like many other companies, we have embarked on the grand project of developing the future leaders of our organization by hiring management trainees. We are banking on the idea that these leaders can fill our reservoir of change agents in the future. But of course, everyone will agree that consistent monitoring of their performance during their on-the-job training to our business units is necessary to achieve our desired results. I need help on how we can generate a reliable source of empirical data on how each one of them underwent the process. So I need help from you. Could you share some thoughts? Will anybody have a standard format for the accomplishment report that we are requiring them to submit? Your helpful hints to accomplish the task are more than welcomed. Thank you.
