Dear all
I have this query, Do organisations have a policy in terms of office affairs. Of course after office hours what an employee does is there personal issue but if the work is getting
affected and one of the person involved has access to confidential reports, what stand should Organisation take ? Regards Sumit

Most of the companies have policies on couples working together but not on Office Romances.
I remember I had done a research paper on this topic while I was doing my MBA. It is quite frustrating for the employees in love as well as the company. there is substantial loss of work - direct and indirect. It also effects the moral and motivation of the team. pOORnima
