Would be glad to have your comments/personal review/rating of the course structure,effectiveness of the overall PGDHRM program of the 2  institutes that provide 1 year Part Time Program in Human Resource  Management i.e.: 
 
1) Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM) 2) Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies (SIMS)

It depends on what you want to get of this course.

Only difference is SIBM is a deemed university while SIMS gives diploma of its own. SIBM had a 2 year MPM course, which was good, but they have discontinued the course.

Go for such courses, if you have a job and don't know how to spend your evening.Such diplomas don't count much in job market nor will it enhance your knowledge, nor will it give you advantage of networking, because full time students normally do not socialize with part timers.
