Hi Everybody,
Changes are inevitable. In every aspect of our life we are ready to accept changes, be it at the professional or at the personal front, but then, why are changes in HR practices on the professional front not encouraged with the same attitude as it is in relation to other practices? Please give your feedback as to what are the major changes that the traditional HR has undergone in getting trasformed into a Modern Day HR? All over the world Humans are considered as valuable resources. Then why do HR practices differ from place to place, company to company. Why not have an uniform HR practice, atleast in some of the important areas of HR? Ruchi
